If you would like to offset your emissions for this conference, the Carbon Offset Guide provides an independent directory of Australian carbon offset providers, including offset prices, products and contact details. Please utilize the website as appropriate.

Oral Presentations

Please e-mail all Powerpoint presentations to 9ICSHMO@mcec.com.au by COB 5 February 2009 for testing. Please bring a backup copy of your presentation with you, and present yourself to the Speakers Preparation room no less than 2hrs prior to session commencing. You can also upload or check your presentation during early conference check-in, 3-5pm Sunday 8 February 2009. For more information, please check out the 9ICSHMO oral guidelines.

Please check-in early and beat the rush on Monday morning!

Poster Display

For those presenting a poster - at least one author on a poster must be registered for the conference. If no authors are able to attend the conference, one author must pay for a one-day registration and arrange for someone to mount and dismount their poster. Posters with no registered participants will not be accepted at this conference.
