Terms and conditions
When you register for the Australia - New Zealand Climate Forum 2010, you will have to agree to a set of terms and conditions. A copy of these is provided below for reference.
Payments
Payment must be made in full before attending the Australia - New Zealand Climate Forum 2010. Partial or late payments are not acceptable. Registrations made with a payment by cheque are not valid until the cheque has been received by AMOS.
Inclusions and exclusions
Registration includes morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea on the three days of the conference (or a single day as appropriate). It also includes a printed copy of the conference booklet.
A full registration entitles you to attend the Wednesday evening "icebreaker" and the Thursday evening conference dinner; day registrations do not cover these.
Additional meals, accommodation, travel or other expenses are not included in any registration.
Student concessions
The conference organisers may ask for proof of entitlement for those registering at the discounted "student" rate. If in doubt, please contact the organisers, via email
anzcf2010@bom.gov.au before registering.
Limited places
Registration places are limited and will be allocated in the order that applications are received. You will be notified immediately if a place is not available, and any payment made will be refunded in full.
Cancellations and refunds
To cover administration costs and other overheads, a cancellation fee will be charged and may be deducted from refunds as follows:
- $100 before 13 August
- $200 before 13 September
- after 13 September, refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances
Refunds can only be made by applying to the conference organisers by email
anzcf2010@bom.gov.au. Refunds resulting from a place not being available will not attract a fee.
Change of program
The
program for the Australia - New Zealand Climate Forum 2010 is not yet confirmed, and the organisers reserve the right to make changes as required.

The conference organisers do not take responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance.
