Weather Situation
A low pressure system will deepen off eastern Victoria tonight before moving
steadily east late Sunday and Monday. A narrow ridge of high pressure will move
across Victoria on Monday before drifting eastwards on Tuesday. A broad low
pressure trough will move over South Australia on Tuesday to reach western
Victoria on Wednesday.

Forecast for the rest of Saturday
Cloudy. Showers with hail falling as snow above 1200 m and isolated
thunderstorms with hail. Winds southwesterly averaging 55 to 65 km/h, reaching
70 km/h at times.

Forecast for Sunday
Cloudy. Isolated thunderstorms with hail in the morning. Snow showers above
1700 m during the afternoon. Rain falling as snow above 1200 m until late
afternoon. Scattered showers during the evening. Winds south to southwesterly
averaging 55 to 65 km/h, reaching 70 km/h at times, tending southerly up to 55
km/h during the afternoon. Overnight temperatures falling to around 1 with
daytime temperatures reaching between 5 and 11.
