Flood Warning Service - Client Survey

  
 

As part of ongoing efforts to monitor and improve the relevance and quality of services to the community, the Bureau of Meteorology undertakes a range of client surveys. The purpose of this questionnaire is to gather some feedback on the Flood Warning service. The responses to this survey may be consolidated and used in our performance reporting in some manner, however individual responses will be kept confidential. Thank you for your assistance.

This survey is targeted at the operational services and products delivered during flood periods, and routinely outside of flood periods. This includes the following :

  • Flood Warnings
  • River Height Bulletins
  • Rainfall Bulletins
  • Rainfall and river height maps on the web
  • Other WWW products and information (catchment maps, flood history etc)
  • 'Weather-by-Fax' Services
  • Telephone consultation with the Flood Warning Centre during flood periods
