Arrangements for Flood Warning Services in Victoria

The principles and guidelines agreed to between the Bureau of Meteorology and the Murray Darling Basin Commission (MDBC) for prediction of flood levels along the Murray River are contained within bilateral working arrangements. The objectives of these working arrangements are to ensure:
The detailed information is primarily of concern only to the Bureau and MDBC but still forms part of the overall arrangements for flood warning services in Victoria. Updating of the working arrangements is the responsibility of the Bureau and MDBC. |
