Tropical Cyclone Steve off Western Australia.
Severe Tropical Cyclone Norman can be seen developing and intensifying off the northwest Western Australia coast as the low associated with Steve moves across the Top End to its east. By the afternoon of the 3rd of March, Severe Tropical Cyclone Norman had developed a clear eye.
