Building your 'weather' skills

Using maps and reports from the Bureau's web site

Current weather maps and forecast maps (prognoses) are available on the Bureau's web site.
To reach the current weather chart (synoptic analysis) -

  • Go to the Bureau's Home Page
  • Find section 'Other Weather Services'
  • Click on 'Weather Charts'
  • Click on 'Latest Analysis Chart'.

For forecast charts, repeat the first three steps, then click on 'Four-day forecast charts'.

You might like to file successive daily maps for data comparison.
