Tropical cyclone Rosita

The maps (below) show the development and movement of tropical cyclone Rosita between 15-21 April 2000.

Rosita was one of the most severe cyclones to cross the west Kimberley coast in the last century. Broome recorded a maximum wind gust of 153 km/h on 20 April.
