Chapter 7 Australian Participation in the IPCCC

Australian Input to IPCCC Assessments > Special Report 1994

The IPCC's 1994 Special Report for the First Session of the Conference of the Parties comprised:

  • Radiative Forcing of Climate Change (by WGI);
  • IPCC Guidelines for National Greenhouse Gas Inventories (by WGI);
  • Technical Guidelines for Assessing Climate Change Impacts and Adaptations (by WGII); and
  • An Evaluation of the IPCC IS92 Emissions Scenarios (by WGIII).

Thirteen Australian experts were recognised as contributors to the report, with Enting and P Fraser serving as lead authors.
