Chapter 8 Summary of International Linkages and National Activity

Introduction

This chapter summarises the international and national coordination responsibilities and related activities associated with Australian involvement in the World Climate Programme (WCP) and other international climate-related scientific programs. Bilateral arrangements relevant to the climate issue are also summarised and Australia's role in helping to foster WCPrelated activities in surrounding regions is outlined.
