The information presented here comes from a series of seasonal telephone surveys of people living in metropolitan Australia. The surveys investigate what types of weather information members of the public use to assist them in making weather-dependent decisions and how they access this information, as well what they think of the accuracy, timeliness and usefulness of weather services provided by the Bureau.
