- QFE
- QFE is calculated by ajusting the station level pressure for the difference between the barometer level and the aerodrome reference level, assuming International Standard Atmosphere (ISA) conditions.
An Altimeter set to QFE will read zero when the aircraft is on the runway. - QNH
- QNH is obtained by taking the station level pressure and reducing it to mean sea level by assuming the International Standard Atmosphere (ISA) conditions between the station and sea level.
