SITUATION AT 071800UTC
Vigorous flow associated with a trough near 38S130E 55S131E. Forecast near
38S132E 54S134E at 080000UTC, 38S134E 54S139E at 080600UTC, 39S135E 43S139E
50S145E 53S144E at 081200UTC, and near 38S138E 47S146E 52S149E 56S150E at
081800UTC.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 42S107E 38S115E 38S131E 38S139E 44S149E 55S157E 56S151E 54S116E
48S101E 42S107E.

FORECAST
Northwesterly quarter winds 30/40 knots within 540nm east of trough, shifting
southwesterly quarter 34/47 knots within 1200nm west of trough. Winds west of
trough contracting to within 480nm west of trough by 080300UTC and within 240nm
west of trough by 081200UTC. Winds east of trough contracting to within 360nm
of 081500UTC. Rough to very rough seas rising to very rough to high seas west
of trough. Moderate to heavy swell.
