Vigorous flow developing associated with trough near 46S142E 53S149E. Forecast
near 44S145E 53S154E at 011800UTC and 44S151E 53S158E at 020000UTC.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 44S146E 48S142E 48S152E 44S154E 44S146E.

FORECAST
Westerly quarter winds 30/40 knots within 120nm of trough. Winds easing below
34 knots by 020000UTC. Rough to very rough seas. Moderate to heavy swell.
