Vigorous southwesterly flow.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 51S093E 40S115E 38S134E 44S134E 48S122E 61S108E 61S096E 51S093E.

FORECAST
Southwesterly quarter winds initially west of 109E, west of 120E by 080600UTC,
and throughout area by 081800UTC. Wind speeds 34/45 knots. Winds easing west of
97E easing below 34 knots by 080600UTC, and west of 103E by 081800UTC.
Very rough to high seas. Moderate to heavy swell.
