SITUATION AT 171800UTC
Vigorous westerly flow associated with forecast low 978hPa near 52S073E at
180000UTC, then low 970hPa near 55S082E at 180600UTC, low 963hPa near 58S088E
at 181200UTC, and low 961hPa near 59S094E at 181800UTC.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 50S080E 54S100E 58S099E 60S090E 55S080E 50S080E

FORECAST
Westerly quarter winds 30/40 knots within 240nm of low in northern semicircle
developing by 180600UTC, transitioning to westerly quarter winds 34/47 knots
within 360nm of low in northern semicircle by 181200UTC. Rough to very rough
seas. Moderate to heavy swell.
