Severe Weather Warning
for people in the Central Tablelands, Southern Tablelands and Australian Capital Territory forecast districts
Issued at 4:19 pm EDT on Saturday 1 November 2014.
A trough and associated cold front are crossing southern and central New South Wales today, preceded by vigorous west to northwesterly winds.
The Severe Weather Warning for the Central Tablelands, Southern Tablelands, and Australian Capital Territory forecast districts has been cancelled, but there remains potential for other districts to experience damaging wind gusts associated with showers and thunderstorms. Please refer to the Severe Thunderstorm Warning for affected areas.
The State Emergency Service advises that people should:
- Keep clear of fallen power lines.
- Don't drive, ride or walk through flood water.
- Keep clear of creeks and storm drains.
- Beware of fallen trees or debris on the road.

No further warnings will be issued for this event.
