Synoptic Situation
A slow moving high pressure system over southeastern Australia extends a
weakening ridge north into the Northern Territory.

WA Border to Daly River Mouth: 
Tuesday until midnight: Winds: West to southwesterly about 10 knots. Seas: Below
1 metre. Swell: Northerly below 1 metre offshore.
Wednesday: Winds: Variable about 10 knots. Seas: Below 1 metre. Swell: Northwest
to northeasterly below 1 metre offshore.
Thursday Outlook: Winds: Variable about 10 knots.
Friday Outlook: Winds: Variable about 10 knots.

Daly River Mouth to Cape Don: 
Tuesday until midnight: Winds: East to northeasterly 10 to 15 knots, reaching up
to 20 knots offshore in the north in the evening. Seas: Around 1 metre,
increasing to 1 to 1.5 metres offshore in the north. Swell: East to
northeasterly around 1 metre in the north.
Wednesday: Winds: East to northeasterly 10 to 15 knots tending east to
southeasterly early in the morning then tending east to northeasterly in the
evening. Seas: Around 1 metre, increasing to 1 to 1.5 metres during the morning,
then decreasing to 1 metre around midday. Swell: East to northeasterly around 1
metre in the north, increasing to 1 to 1.5 metres during the morning, then
decreasing to around 1 metre by early evening.
Thursday Outlook: Winds: Variable about 10 knots becoming northeast to
southeasterly 10 to 15 knots before dawn.
Friday Outlook: Winds: Northeast to southeasterly 10 to 15 knots.

Tuesday until midnight: Winds: Easterly 15 to 20 knots. Seas: 1 to 1.5 metres,
increasing to 1.5 to 2 metres offshore. Swell: Easterly below 1 metre.
Wednesday: Winds: Easterly 15 to 20 knots. Seas: 1 to 1.5 metres, decreasing to
1 metre by early evening. Swell: Easterly 1 to 1.5 metres, decreasing to around
1 metre around midday.
Thursday Outlook: Winds: Easterly 15 to 20 knots.
Friday Outlook: Winds: East to southeasterly 15 to 20 knots.

Tuesday until midnight: Winds: East to southeasterly 10 to 15 knots, reaching up
to 20 knots offshore in the evening. Seas: Around 1 metre, increasing to 1 to
1.5 metres offshore. Swell: Easterly below 1 metre.
Wednesday: Winds: Easterly 10 to 15 knots, reaching up to 20 knots offshore in
the morning. Winds turning southeasterly in the late afternoon. Seas: 1 to 1.5
metres, decreasing to 1 metre during the afternoon. Swell: Easterly below 1
metre.
Thursday Outlook: Winds: Easterly 15 to 20 knots.
Friday Outlook: Winds: Easterly 15 to 20 knots turning southeasterly during the
afternoon.

below 1 metre offshore. Visibility reduced in morning fog, mainly in the south.
Thursday Outlook: Winds: Variable about 10 knots becoming east to southeasterly
10 to 15 knots in the morning.
Friday Outlook: Winds: East to southeasterly about 10 knots increasing to 10 to
15 knots during the morning then decreasing to about 10 knots during the
evening.
