An area of low pressure remains over the Top End while a high pressure system
moves over the southeast of the continent over the next few days, maintaining
the generally easterly flow.

Thursday until midnight: Winds: Variable about 10 knots becoming westerly 10 to
15 knots in the early afternoon. Seas: Below 1 metre. Swell: Below 0.5 metres.
Friday: Winds: Variable about 10 knots becoming westerly 10 to 15 knots in the
early afternoon. Seas: Below 1 metre. Swell: Below 0.5 metres.
Saturday Outlook: Winds: Variable about 10 knots.

Thursday until midnight: Winds: Northeast to southeasterly 10 to 15 knots
tending northwest to southwesterly in the late afternoon then tending east to
northeasterly in the evening. Seas: Around 1 metre. Swell: East to northeasterly
below 1 metre.
Friday: Winds: Northeast to southeasterly 10 to 15 knots becoming variable about
10 knots before dawn then becoming east to northeasterly 10 to 15 knots in the
early afternoon. Seas: Below 1 metre. Swell: East to northeasterly below 1 metre
offshore.
Saturday Outlook: Winds: Northwest to southwesterly 10 to 15 knots tending east
to southeasterly during the morning then tending east to northeasterly during
the day.
