A high pressure system over the Tasman Sea will move northwards on Monday before a weak cold front brushes Tasmania at night. On Tuesday a new high will move from south of the Bight towards Tasmania then it will remain slow moving near Tasmania through until Thursday. A weak inland low pressure trough will dip into northern Victoria on Tuesday then persist until Thursday.
Clear. Winds northeasterly averaging 15 to 25 km/h.
Sunny. Winds north to northeasterly averaging 15 to 25 km/h, reaching 30 km/h at times, decreasing below 20 km/h during the afternoon. Overnight temperatures falling to around 17 with daytime temperatures reaching the mid 30s.
