Weather Situation

A low pressure system is expected to approach the northwest of Victoria later Saturday then pass over the State early Sunday to reach the southern Tasman Sea by Sunday afternoon. A high pressure ridge will extend over Victoria later Sunday associated with a high that will move over the Bight on Monday.

Forecast for the rest of Saturday

Cloudy. The chance of thunderstorms this morning. Isolated showers, increasing to patchy rain around midday. Winds southwesterly averaging 10 to 20 km/h. Temperatures in the lower 20s during the day.
