Forecast for Thursday:

Another low pressure trough approaching from the west. At this stage it looks like northerly winds developing, with seabreezes on the Gippsland coast. Warm temperatures but reasonably moist airmass. Showers developing in the west ahead of the low pressure trough, possibly tending to rain. Fire danger in grass reaching the very high category in the Mallee with the fresh northerly wind.
