Intensity: tropical low, sustained winds near the centre of 65 kilometres per hour with wind gusts to 95 kilometres per hour.
Location: within 35 kilometres of 13.8 degrees South, 112.7 degrees East , 920 kilometres north of Exmouth .
Movement: southwest at 16 kilometres per hour .

The system is not expected to affect the WA mainland in the next 48 hours.
