Vigorous clockwise flow around a low pressure system 982 hPa near 35S090E at
011800UTC. Low forecast 982 hPa near 36.5S090E at 020001UTC, 982 hPa near
38S089E at 020600UTC, 981 hPa near 38.5S088.5E at 021200UTC and 981 hPa near
39S089E at 021800UTC.

knots in area south of 35S and west from 086E, merging into clockwise flow
around low after 020001UTC. 
Clockwise winds 30/40 knots extending within then 300nm of low centre in the
northeastern semicircle and 420nm in the southwestern semicircle after
020001UTC, within wind speeds increasing to 40/50 knots within 120nm of low
centre in the western quadrant after 020600UTC.
