to low 965hPa near 45S097E. Forecast 36S101E 40S106E 45S107E 47S104E to low
966hPa near 46S102E at 251800UTC, 36S107E 41S112E 46S113E 49S108E to low 967hPa
near 47S106E at 260000UTC, 38S114E 45S118E 50S115E to low 966hPa near 48S110E
at 260600UTC, 39S120E 46S123E 51S119E to low 966hPa near 49S113E at 261200UTC.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 40S086E 44S086E 53S112E 48S124E 41S124E 36S109E 35S095E 40S086E.

FORECAST
Northwest quarter winds within 360nm east of front, shifting westerly quarter
within 600nm west of front and turning clockwise within 300nm of low. Wind
speeds 34/45 knots, increasing to 45/55 knots within 300nm of low in
northwestern semicircle. Very rough to high seas, rising to very high with
storm force winds. Moderate to heavy swell.
