Weather Situation

A surface trough in the far southwest of the state will remain slow moving over the Channel Country. Moist and unstable air on the eastern side of the trough will support shower and thunderstorm activity over most eastern districts. Hot conditions with seasonal showers and thunderstorms will continue across the far north, with some locally heavy falls possible with storms. Dry conditions in the far southwest today.
