Minor Flood Warning for the Macintyre River

Flood Warning Number: 11

Minor flood levels will continue to ease at Goondiwindi on the Macintyre River during Sunday afternoon.

No significant rainfall has fallen over the Macintyre catchment in the 24 hours to 9:00 am Sunday. No significant rainfall is forecast for the next few days.

Macintyre River downstream of Holdfast:

Minor flooding continues to ease at Goondiwindi.

The Macintyre River at Goondiwindi is currently at 4.27 metres and falling. River levels are expected to fall below the minor flood level (4.00 m) during Sunday afternoon.
