Moderate Flood Warning for the Connors and Isaac Rivers

Issued at 10:14 am EST on Saturday 25 March 2017

Flood Warning Number: 6

Moderate flood levels are occurring along the lower reaches of the Connors and Isaac Rivers.

No significant rainfall has fallen over the Connors and Isaac River catchments in the 24 hours to 9:00 am Saturday. Further showers and thunderstorms are possible throughout this weekend, with heavy falls nearer to the coast.

Connors and Isaac Rivers:

Moderate flood levels on the Connors River at Pink Lagoon have peaked at 11.13 metres overnight (8 pm). Further downstream on the Isaac River at Yatton, moderate flood levels continue to slowly rise during Saturday morning.

The Isaac River at Yatton is currently at 10.76 metres and rising. The Isaac River at Yatton will peak between 12.00 and 13.00 metres overnight Saturday into Sunday.
