MODERATE FLOOD WARNING FOR THE ISAAC RIVER, AND MINOR FLOOD WARNING FOR THE DAWSON & MACKENZIE RIVERS

Moderate flood levels are continuing to slowly rise at Yatton on the Isaac River.
The heaviest rainfall since 9 am Monday has been recorded in the Connors River with isolated totals of 50 mm, elsewhere there has been no significant rainfall.
No significant rainfall is expected over the next few days.
DAWSON RIVER TO THEODORE:
Renewed rises are occurring in the headwaters of the upper Dawson River. As of 3pm on Monday a minor flood peak is approaching Tarana Crossing. Minor flood levels are rising at Taroom. Downstream river levels are rising between The Glebe and Theodore.
DAWSON RIVER DOWNSTREAM OF THEODORE:
River levels continue to ease downstream of Theodore along the lower Dawson River. Minor flood levels are easing between Baralaba and Beckers.
DON AND DEE RIVERS:
River levels have eased below the minor flood level.
CONNORS AND ISAAC RIVERS:
River levels have peaked in the upper Isaac as well as the upper Connors. Moderate flood levels continue to rise downstream in the Connors River at Pink Lagoon and in the Isaac River at Yatton.
MACKENZIE RIVER TO TARTRUS:
River levels remain steady on the Mackenzie River.
Predicted River Heights/Flows:
DAWSON RIVER at:
TAROOM: Minor flood levels will continue to rise during Monday, peaking below the moderate flood level (6.0 metres) by Tuesday afternoon.
THEODORE: Minor flood levels (8.0 metres) are possible later this week.
MOURA: Minor flood levels (6.0 metres) are possible later this week.
BARALABA (Manual gauge): Renewed rises and further minor flooding is expected during the week as upstream floodwaters arrive.
Predictions will be refined for Theodore, Moura and Baralaba once upstream peaks are observed.
ISAAC RIVER at:
YATTON: Moderate flood levels are expected to continue rising, peaking below the major flood level (16.5 metres) by mid-week.
MACKENZIE RIVER at:
TARTRUS: Renewed river levels rises are expected above the minor flood level (11.0 metres) later this week as upstream floodwaters arrive from the Connors and Isaac Rivers.
At this stage, river levels on the Fitzroy River at Rockhampton are expected to remain below the minor flood level.
