Minor Flood Warning for the lower Dawson River

Flood Warning Number: 13

Minor flood levels will continue at Baralaba and downstream for the next few days.

No significant rainfall is expected until Monday when another trough is likely to bring widespread rain and showers across the catchment.

Dawson River downstream of Theodore:

River levels on the Dawson River downstream of Theodore to Moura Weir are below the minor flood level and falling.

The river level at Moura (manual) fell below the minor flood level (6.0 metres) early Thursday morning.

Minor flood levels peaked at Baralaba (manual) are continuing to fall. Downstream at Knebworth, minor flood levels peaked Thursday evening and are falling. Minor flood levels will continue during Friday and into Saturday.
