Final Flood Warning for the Moonie River

Flood Warning Number: 9

MINOR FLOODING HAS EASED AT NINDIGULLY BRIDGE

No significant rainfall is expected over the next few days.

Moonie River downstream of Flinton:

No further flooding is expected in the Moonie River downstream of Flinton.

The Moonie River at Nindigully is currently at 2.12 metres and falling. The Moonie River at Nindigully is expected to continue easing and will remain below the minor flood level (2.20 m).

The Moonie River at Thallon Bridge was at 2.40 metres and falling on Tuesday evening. The Moonie River at Thallon Bridge will remain below the minor flood level (4.00 m).
