MINOR FLOODING ESTIMATED TO BE OCCURRING AT EULO

RENEWED MINOR FLOODING POSSIBLE AT HUNGERFORD IN THE COMING DAYS

Minor flooding may be occurring along the Paroo River at Eulo. Further downstream, river levels have eased below the minor flood level at Hungerford. Renewed river level rises to around the minor flood level are possible at Hungerford later this week.

No significant rainfall was recorded across the Paroo River catchment in the 24 hours to 9:00 am Monday. No significant rainfall is forecast over the next few days.

Paroo River to Eulo:

Minor flooding may be occurring along the Paroo River to Eulo.

No river level observations are available for the Paroo River at Eulo, however the river level is expected to be around the minor flood level (2.00 m) and steady. The Paroo River at Eulo is likely to remain around the minor flood level (2.00 m) for the next few days.

Paroo River downstream of Eulo:

Minor flooding may occur along the Paroo River downstream of Eulo.

The Paroo River at Hungerford is currently at 0.88 metres and falling, below the minor flood level (1.00 m). The Paroo River at Hungerford may reach the minor flood level (1.00 m) in the coming days, as floodwaters move downstream.
