A high over Tasmania will move eastwards to be centred over the Tasman Sea on Tuesday then remain near stationary for the remainder of the week. An upper level disturbance will slowly move across the southeast of the State this evening and overnight.

The chance of showers and thunder in the morning. Mostly sunny afternoon. Winds northeasterly and light increasing to 20 to 30 km/h in the morning. Overnight temperatures falling to around 7 with daytime temperatures reaching the low 20s.
