Weather Situation

A high 1030 hPa over Bass Strait will move eastwards over the southern Tasman Sea this evening. A vigorous cold front is expected to move across western and central parts of the State on Thursday, then across eastern parts on Friday as a ridge of high pressure extends across the State from the west.

Sunny. Areas of morning frost. Light winds becoming north to northeasterly 15 to 25 km/h in the morning. Overnight temperatures falling to between zero and 3 with daytime temperatures reaching the low 20s.
