Weather Situation

A slow moving trough of low pressure will be near the western border until early Thursday then a vigorous cold front will move across the west during Thursday to reach central and southeastern parts in the evening. A colder, fresh to strong and gusty southwesterly airstream will follow the front and will persist on Friday, but will ease in the west as a ridge of high pressure develops over the Bight. Conditions will ease further on Saturday as a high pressure system develops to the west of the Bight. This high will move southeastwards during Sunday and Monday.

Sunny. Winds north to northeasterly 20 to 30 km/h tending north to northwesterly in the middle of the day then tending northeast to southeasterly 15 to 25 km/h in the evening. Daytime maximum temperatures in the mid to high 30s.

Winds north to northeasterly 20 to 30 km/h tending north to northwesterly 35 to 55 km/h in the morning then shifting southwesterly 25 to 40 km/h in the afternoon. Partly cloudy. Winds southwesterly 20 to 30 km/h turning southerly 15 to 25 km/h during the afternoon. Overnight temperatures falling to between 8 and 11 with daytime temperatures reaching between 19 and 22.
