Feng Yun-2B Images

The following jpeg images are the first test images from Feng Yun-2B (FY-2B) (literally "wind-cloud") ingested by the Bureau of Meteorology at its Crib Point Satellite Receiving Station at 0132 UTC (1132 EST) on 19 July 2000.

Users of these images are deemed to have read and accepted the conditions described in the copyright declaration below. A condition of use of the FY-2B images is an acknowledgement along the lines of:

"Satellite image processed by the Bureau of Meteorology, originally obtained from the Feng-Yun-2B geostationary meteorological satellite of the China Meteorological Administration."
