Weather Situation

A west to northwesterly stream continues as a high over South Australia moves to north of Tasmania today, then over the Tasman Sea by this evening. A hot northwesterly stream will develop during Thursday with a cold front to pass the far south in the late afternoon. Northerly winds freshen on Friday as a cold front slowly approaches from the west. The cold front will cross the state during Saturday morning and afternoon.

Partly cloudy. Winds westerly 25 to 35 km/h turning northwesterly 15 to 25 km/h in the late evening. Daytime maximum temperatures in the low 20s.
