A west to southwesterly airstream will persist over Tasmania this evening and during Tuesday, as a high builds over the Bight. The high will move to the south of Tasmania later on Wednesday, then become centred over the Tasman Sea on Thursday. A trough is expected to extend from Victoria over northern Tasmania during Friday.
