A northerly stream will strengthen this evening ahead of an approaching cold front. The cold front will cross Tasmania early on Wednesday, followed by a strong westerly stream. Another cold front will cross during Thursday morning bringing a cool southwesterly change. The stream will tend westerly on Friday then continue on Saturday.

Winds northerly 30 to 40 km/h turning westerly 35 to 55 km/h during the morning then decreasing to 25 to 35 km/h in the evening.
