A low pressure system will move across Bass Strait on Saturday with a weak ridge expected to build over the state. A warmer northwesterly stream will develop on Sunday, then continue through Monday and Tuesday.

Partly cloudy. Medium chance of showers, becoming less likely this afternoon. Light winds becoming southerly 15 to 20 km/h in the middle of the day then becoming light in the late afternoon. Daytime maximum temperatures between 8 and 11.
