Weather Situation

A large low pressure centre to the east of Tasmania will begin to move eastward with the approach of a high pressure system. This high pressure system will cross the Bight today and extend a ridge over Tasmania, which will remain in place until Monday as the high passes to the north. A low pressure system to the south of the Bight deepens during Monday before approaching the west of the state on Tuesday.
