A high pressure system is approaching Tasmania from the west, and is expected to pass to the south of the state on Sunday. A warmer northerly airstream will develop on Monday, then a trough should move over Tasmania on Tuesday.

Cloudy. Medium chance of showers, most likely in the afternoon and evening. Light winds becoming east to southeasterly 15 to 20 km/h in the middle of the day then becoming light in the evening. Overnight temperatures falling to between 7 and 11 with daytime temperatures reaching between 17 and 23.
