A trough lies through the Kimberly and near the Pilbara coast.
Cape Preston to Northwest Cape:
Wednesday until midnight: S/SW winds 18/23 knots easing to 13/18 knots during
the morning. Winds shifting W/SW 18/23 knots early afternoon. Seas 1.5m to 2.0m.
Swell 1.0m to 1.5m in offshore western waters.
Thursday: S/SW winds 13/18 knots easing to 8/13 knots for a period in the
morning. Winds tending W/SW 13/18 knots early afternoon and increasing to W/SW
18/23 knots by evening. Seas 1.0m to 2.0m. Swell 0.5m to 1.0m in offshore
western waters.
Friday: S/SW winds 13/18 knots tending W/SW 18/23 knots in the afternoon.
