Weather Situation

A ridge of high pressure lies near the south coast. A cold front approaching WA on Wednesday will weaken as it arrives at the west coast, with little rainfall penetrating inland. A low pressure system will develop over central WA on Wednesday and meander around the interior of the State until the weekend.

Mostly sunny. Slight (30%) chance of a shower in the east in the afternoon and evening. The chance of a thunderstorm, mainly afternoon and evening. Winds east to northeasterly 20 to 30 km/h tending northwest to southwesterly in the middle of the day then tending south to southwesterly 25 to 35 km/h in the late afternoon. Overnight temperatures falling to between 11 and 17 with daytime temperatures reaching 29 to 37.
