A high pressure ridge lies to the south of the state, while a surface trough
lies inland of the south west coast.
Kalbarri to Jurien Bay:
Wednesday until midnight: S/SE winds 13/18 knots tending S/SW 13/18 knots early
afternoon and reaching 18/23 knots by late afternoon. Seas 1.5m to 2.0m. Swell
1.0m to 1.5m.
Thursday: S/SE winds 18/23 knots tending S/SW winds 20/30 knots during the
afternoon. Seas 1.5m to 2.5m. Swell 1.0m to 1.5m.
Friday: S/SE winds 18/23 knots tending S/SW 20/30 knots during the afternoon.
