Weather developing over western parts from Tuesday as tropical moisture feeds into a cloud band associated with a low near the southwest of the state.

Forecast for the rest of Monday

Clear. Winds west to northwesterly 15 to 20 km/h becoming light in the evening.

Tuesday 7 May

Sunny morning. Areas of raised dust in the southwest in the afternoon and evening. Isolated showers and thunderstorms in the southwest in the afternoon and evening. Light winds becoming north to northwesterly 20 to 30 km/h in the middle of the day then tending west to northwesterly 15 to 25 km/h in the evening. Overnight temperatures falling to between 18 and 21 with daytime temperatures reaching the mid to high 30s.
