A small tropical low lies well to the north of Port Hedland and is expected to weaken as it moves further west. A broad trough lies over the Pilbara and Kimberley.

Partly cloudy. Slight (30%) chance of a shower. The chance of a thunderstorm, possibly severe with damaging winds near the coast early this evening. Winds northeast to southeasterly 15 to 20 km/h tending southeast to southwesterly in the late evening.

Partly cloudy. Medium (60%) chance of showers, most likely in the afternoon and evening. The chance of a thunderstorm. Winds southeast to southwesterly 15 to 20 km/h tending northeast to southeasterly before dawn then becoming light in the middle of the day.
