Fire Weather Warning
for the Ashburton Coast and Mortlock fire weather districts

Issued at 3:21 pm WST on Wednesday 6 December 2023.

The Department of Fire and Emergency Services advises you to:

  • Action your Bushfire Survival Plan now.
  • Monitor the fire and weather situation through your local radio station, www.emergency.wa.gov.au and www.bom.gov.au.
  • Call 000 (Triple Zero) in an emergency.

For Thursday 7 December:

Extreme Fire Danger is forecast for the following fire weather districts:
Ashburton Coast and Mortlock

Weather Situation

Hot, with moderate southeast to southwest winds. Winds increasing into the afternoon with thunderstorms developing about the inland.
