for the Avon fire weather district

- Monitor the fire and weather situation through your local radio station, www.emergency.wa.gov.au and www.bom.gov.au.

Weather Situation
Hot to very hot conditions will combine with moderate to fresh northwest to southwest winds during Friday afternoon. Thunderstorms with dry lightning is a risk during the day, most likely in the afternoon.
