for the Interior, Gascoyne Inland and Inland Central West - North fire weather districts

Weather Situation

Hot and dry with fresh and gusty northeasterly winds over central parts of the state during Tuesday morning.

For the rest of Tuesday 25 November:

Extreme Fire Danger is forecast for the following fire weather districts:
Gascoyne Inland and Inland Central West - North

Severe Fire Danger is forecast for the following fire weather districts:
Interior

If you are in a SEVERE or EXTREME Fire Danger area:

  • The Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES) advises if a fire starts and takes hold it will be unpredictable, move very fast and be difficult for firefighters to bring under control.
