Flood Warning for the De Grey River Catchment

River levels above the minor flood level are expected to continue in the De Grey River catchment during Tuesday into Wednesday.
For the 24 hours to 9 am Tuesday, rainfall totals of less than 20 mm have been recorded in the De Grey River catchment.
Minor flooding is expected to continue in the Oakover River at Ripon Hills Road during Tuesday into Wednesday.
Minor flooding is expected to continue in the Nullagine River at Tumbinna Pool during Tuesday into Wednesday.
Shaw River at Marble Bar Road is expected to remain below the minor flood level during Tuesday into Wednesday.
De Grey River:
The De Grey River at Coolenar Pool is expected to remain below the minor flood level (5.50 m) during Tuesday into Wednesday.
The De Grey River at Coolenar Pool is currently at 3.98 metres and steady.
Flood Safety Advice:
DFES advises people and communities to be aware that flooding is possible and be prepared to relocate equipment and livestock. Watch water levels. Travellers need to be aware that road conditions may be adversely affected and travel plans may need to be reconsidered. Do not drive into water of unknown depth and velocity.
