Water Division

Zip Filename Convention

Zip file names should only contain alphanumeric text, hyphens, and underscores. Please do not use spaces or metacharacters.

All zip file names should be unique for each transfer. If you are encoding date and time or sequence numbers in the file name, the names need to differ for each file unless the data is intended to replace previously supplied data, in which case the previous name should be reused.

Contents of zip files

All incoming data for numerous sites should be grouped together and packaged in a zip file. Please do not send a separate zip file for each site.
