Victorian data include the regulated system allocation diversions within each region. It was not possible to separate diversions for different purposes such as urban, irrigation and environment, or between high-reliability and low-reliability classes of licence.
Victorian allocation diversions are shown in the source valley, even though the water was taken in a different destination valley. Therefore all entitlements in the Goulburn–Broken region have their diversions shown in the Goulburn–Broken region, rather than the destination valleys of the Loddon or the Campaspe, or transferred to Melbourne.
Victorian volumes included within the Goulburn–Broken allocation diversions is 16,417 ML, which has been transferred to Melbourne.
Other Victorian diversions such as urban bulk entitlements in the unregulated system are shown in Line item 14.6.2 Diversion of unregulated flows – urban water access entitlements and take for irrigator purposes in the unregulated system is shown in Line item 14.6.5.2 Allocation diversion of unregulated flows – individual irrigator holder.

Information on carryover volumes, allocation, delivery and forfeiture on high-security environmental purposes and individual irrigation holders for South Australia is not separately provided in the accounting reports due to data compilation difficulties.
Note: Water audit monitoring (WAM) report data are stored in the Murray–Darling Basin Authority (MDBA) HYDRO database.
