No formal allocation was made. The allocation volume was set to be that of the diversion volume (see note for Line item 25.1.4 Allocation announcement on regulated flows – urban water access entitlement). The closing balance of the allocation remaining is therefore zero, as carryover is not permitted for these entitlements.
