The volume of water within the underlying aquifers cannot be quantified accurately. Minimum pressure heads have not been established for the Leederville and Yarragadee aquifers. This work is being carried out by the Department of Water, but is currently only in an early stage of development. Therefore, the volumes of water asset and water liability cannot yet be measured.
