The volume of water used by consumers within the irrigation water supply system is the total allocation diversion minus any leakage and external trade, as shown in the table below.

This value is estimated to be in the range of +/- 5-10%.
It is assumed that all the water diverted to the irrigation supply system, and not lost via leakage, is entirely consumed by the users.
