National Water Account 2017

Adelaide: Statement of Water Assets and Water Liabilities

The volume of water available in the Adelaide region at 30 June 2017 was 175,442 ML, compared with 180,191 ML at the start of the 2016–17 year. The decrease in water availability was driven by the increase in the groundwater liability. Water availability is represented by the net water assets, which are the volume of water in storages minus the water liabilities.
